Does this remove DRM?
No. Books declaring encryption or font obfuscation are rejected and remain unchanged. Use an unencrypted source you can edit.
Does it perform EPUBCheck?
No. It validates the basic archive, manifest and spine relationships. Run EPUBCheck separately for complete conformance testing.
Will changing the cover replace the first page?
Cover metadata is updated and a new image is added. If the book has a visual cover XHTML page, edit that page to reference the new image.
Can I edit a chapter?
Yes. Inspect its manifest ID and source in the result, paste a complete replacement XHTML document, then rerun with that ID.
